Qualifications for postdocs:

1.Ph.D. in bioengineering, chemistry, immunology, molecular biology, pharmacy or a related field;

2.Excellent research skills with high-quality publications;

3.Excellent communication, writing and collaboration skills;

4.Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team;

5.Preferred research experience in organic/polymer/supramolecular synthesis, gene editing, tumor/cell/gene therapy, drug/gene delivery, RNA synthesis/modification, etc.
