个人简介

国家杰出青年基金获得者,1988年中科院上海生物化学研究所研究生毕业,获博士学位。1990-1992年赴美国加州大学欧文分校做博士后。1995年任中科院上海生化所研究员、博士生导师,1999年任中科院上海生科院生化细胞所研究员、博士生导师。曾获中国科学院自然科学奖二等奖、上海市三八红旗手、优秀回国人员等称号,荣获国务院特殊津贴。曾任中华全国青联委员,上海遗传学会常务理事,中国遗传学会理事。现任中国生物化学与分子生物学会理事、基因专业委员会主任。获中科院百人计划、上海市学科带头人计划、863计划、基金委重点项目等多种科研项目资助。现任中科院上海生命科学研究院生物化学与细胞生物学研究所研究员,博士生导师,研究组组长。


研究方向

形态发生的基因表达调控与表观遗传调控


研究工作

主要从事形态发生基因表达调控与表观遗传调控的研究。在基因水平、染色质水平和细胞水平研究白念珠菌形态发生的调控机制。包括白念珠菌形态转变和致病相关因子的鉴定与功能研究,信号转导途径在白念珠菌形态发生和致病过程中的调控机制,转录因子、染色质修饰复合物和染色质重塑复合物在白念珠菌菌丝发育和白灰形态转换过程的功能作用,白念珠菌与宿主细胞的相互作用以及在白念珠菌感染过程宿主细胞的免疫应答调控网络研究。在学术期刊上发表了60余篇研究论文,获得授权发明专利10多项,申报发明专利多项。
