个人简介

1998年毕业于北京大学生命科学院,2003年于State University of New York, Stony Brook与Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory合作开办的研究生项目获得博士学位,随后在Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory和University of California, Berkeley从事博士后研究。现任中国科学院上海生物化学和细胞生物学研究所研究员,研究组长。

研究工作

        胡苹实验室主要从事骨骼肌再生与衰老的研究,致力于骨骼肌干细胞保持、增殖微环境的研究,阐明骨骼肌干细胞在衰老、多种骨骼肌退行性疾病、肿瘤等生理病理条件下的演变规律,为抗衰老、骨骼肌退行性疾病的细胞和抗体治疗提供提供新策略和新方法。同时对骨骼肌稳态维持和衰老的机理进行研究,探究骨骼肌的代谢与内分泌功能与其再生和衰老的调控关系,揭示骨骼肌与其它器官之间的相互作用,并揭示再生、衰老与器官间相互作用的转录与表观遗传调控机制。在理解体内再生、衰老和疾病发生的机理的基础上,在体外重建健康肌肉组织,在细胞、动物模型中进行衰老和肌肉退行性疾病的治疗方法研究,并进行相关的临床转化研究。
