个人简介

1998年毕业于中国医科大学七年制外文系,获得医学学士学位;2003年3月毕业于日本神户大学,获得医学博士学位;2003年6月至2008年7月在美国哈佛医学院细胞生物系从事博士后研究;2008年7月起任中国科学院上海生命科学研究院生物化学与细胞生物学研究所研究员,博士生导师和研究组长。

RNA转运与降解的机制和功能


研究工作

        真核细胞中,核膜将贮存遗传信息的DNA与翻译遗传信息的核糖体分隔在细胞核与细胞质中。由RNA介导的遗传信息跨核膜传递为所有真核生物生命活动所必需。新生pre-mRNA在细胞核内完成一系列复杂加工后,成熟mRNA被转运到细胞质中进行翻译。mRNA出核转运与pre-mRNA加工过程相互偶联,确保遗传信息的精准表达。细胞核中普遍存在RNA质量监控系统,可快速识别并降解携带错误遗传信息的或异常mRNA,从而保证遗传信息的准确传递。新生转录本被快速、准确地分选到出核或降解通路是遗传信息高效、精准传递的基本保证,具有重要生物学意义。本实验室自2008年成立以来,主要围绕“新生转录本出核和降解的命运决定与调控”这一基因表达领域的关键科学问题,系统性地开展mRNA出核与加工的复杂关联、RNA的质量控制和核内降解及其调控两个方向的研究工作。具体如下。
        利用分子与细胞生物学、生物化学、化学生物学及多种组学研究手段及技术,重点研究:
        1、mRNA出核与pre-mRNA加工的复杂关联;
        2、RNA的质量控制和核内降解及其调控;
        3、细胞核亚结构调控RNA出核或降解的生理病理机制。
