个人简介

1992年山东大学微生物系微生物学专业毕业,获理学学士学位;2001年北京大学生命科学院分子细胞生物学专业毕业,获理学博士学位;2001-2004年在美国哈佛大学医学院从事博士后研究工作;2004-2008年在美国德州大学西南医学中心从事博士后研究工作。2008年6月起任中科院上海生科院生物化学与细胞生物学研究所研究员,研究组长。


研究方向

细胞内信号传导通路的异常与疾病发生的分子基础


研究工作
由细胞信号转导通路介导的对环境刺激的应答,不仅维持着细胞正常代谢,而且还决定了细胞生长、增殖、分化、机体发育等生命活动的方方面面,同时信号转导的异常也将导致人类各种严重疾病的发生,如发育疾病、癌症、代谢类疾病等等。Hedgehog(Hh)信号通路作为进化上最为保守的信号转导通路之一,控制了脊椎动物以及非脊椎动物众多发育过程中细胞的生长及分化,在人类发育和疾病发生发展中至关重要。本实验室综合利用细胞生物学、发育生物学、生物化学、分子生物学、遗传学等技术手段和方法,在分子、细胞及动物整体等多个层次研究Hh及其相关信号通路的分子机制在发育、干细胞干性维持、组织器官损伤修复及肿瘤发生发展中生物学功能。
